Free Returns
We provide free returns on eligible orders. Please contact our support team before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow our standard return procedure.
